Problem with installing alice -

I get the zip, extract it, and it says when i click alice, "error failed to run backup data" or something. What is going on? has this ever happened to anybody else?

1)What is the exact error message?
2)Where is the Alice folder saved on your computer? 3)Which version of Alice are you running? 4)Which O/S are you using? |
