Help with project please!

I am currently working on a whack a mole project for class on Alice 2.5, once the moles are clicked they should turn red and not pop back up. I have them turning red once clicked but I cannot figure out how to make them not pop up once they are red. I also can't figure out how to put a timer in my game that ends the game once the time runs out. Thanks for any help and advice!

Also for some reason it will not allow me to upload a link for my Alice project to show the coding.

Seeing the code is kind of important though, no? Without it, people have to make too many assumptions.
