Default Duke Model - 11-17-2007, 02:54 PM

At https://duke.dev.java.net/models/index.html are BSD-licensed models of Duke, Tux and the PaperClipMonster which where all also used for the big image at https://duke.dev.java.net/images/tshirts/index.html.

I have tried to bring the Duke model to Alice.
You can download it at the attachement DukeWorld.a2w (Sorry, that I have not uploaded the model direct, but it is not possible to upload *.a2c files).
The disadvantage of it is, that you can not move the arms, legs and so on.
Also Alice don't support bones and the model can not be interpolated, so it is angular.

But it is there with the right colors and so. So duke can be set in a corner of the scene or so on. And if you want to navigate him with the cursor-keys it is possible.

To bring Tux to Alice would be a lot of harder.

I think, it would be really nice, if there existing Duke and Tux for Alice.
