Frog crossing project.

I am working on the frog crossing exercise, and i have the pads moving left and right but with what I have right now I want to change it so that the pads. end up at each side of the pool and go just about instantly instead of waiting for all the pads to arrive at one side before moving......please take a look much appreciated ~Gomeater44
