cannot open a2w files!!!

i download the alice program on alice.org website and i tried to open the a2w files that my teacher gave me, but i failed! i checked the program files in the c:/, there is not alice folder. so i put the alice fold from desktop to the program files, and tried to open files. it said the "alice program expects a folder "required" to open files". i checked, the folder called "required" was in the alice folder,too. what's wrong with the program? pls help! i got an assignment due on Thursday, and i just kept working on the alice problem the whole week without starting my assignment~~~

just open up alice without a file. then select open world. select the a2w you want. there you go.
