Texture help?!

I am trying to put a wooden texture on a square shape, so i saved a jpg and imported the texture in the properties menu. But when I tried to put it on the square, it came up with the error that says retrying might fix the problem, but it never fixes it. So am i doing it wrong? Thanks for any help!

Can you post a picture of the error message that displays? Or at least copy down the text? It sounds like some sort of rendering problem, but I want to be sure.

Exactly you question you asked is not a big issue.. Ya if it got some kind a problem like picture issue then you can`t go to it. Eventhough you should keep on trying .. Except that it might covered by some errors.. So instead of picture if you wil put txt then it wil help you
