I like to imagine that food like that wants to be eaten, otherwise its kinda cruel devouring him in his prime when his dancing career was just starting to take off, you know?

You know what's another creepy thought? That's a piece of a pig and possibly other animals after they've been turned into meat, right? That means that the dancing wiener man is partially reanimated corpse, or, in other words, a zombie!

Not only that, but since he has functional arms and legs sprouting from the bun, not the dog, that means that meat, bread, and condiment have formed an unholy union, forged some dark semblance of a working circulatory, muscular, and central nervous system, and has chosen to use its newfound macabre life force to...dance for hungry people.
