org.apache.serialize

Given there are no build instructions for Alice 2 I need to ask:
where does one get org.apache.serialize? I can't find any refs to it at the apache site, and google turns up nothing useful as far as I can see. Is it part of some other library?

I've managed to remove a lot of the problems with apache 2 for Java 5, and would be happy to send patches if the Alice project would like them.

I misread the message (a number of times). It is in xerces and I have it now.
