I believe the proper term there is Melt in mouth. Unless it is waaaaayyyyyy over cooked.

I prefer chicken skin. You see, my dad does not cook turkey in a way that it is still looking like a turkey when it is finished. My dad cooks it to the point where it falls apart, and looks like shlop. It tastes good (better than chicken does when you cook it the right way, in my opinion), but it looks disgusting.

I'm not sure where you are from but have you ever tried Wal-Mart chicken? The chicken its self isn't very good but the skin is AmAzInG.

I don't really care either way, but I have chicken skin more often. The best part of chicken skin is that often when my family has chicken with skin we have couscous too, and that is delicious.
