Default change custom decimal numbers to fractions - 09-07-2006, 09:27 PM

Hi there,
I am taking a course at my local county college who uses this program to teach the students the basics into computer programming. Today we have just started to get our hands wet with draging and dropping prebuilt code to create what the book has tells us to do. While working in class today, I noticed that if you wanted to create a custom amount for the object to move forward, say 1/8, in the code window it shows that the object will move meter 1/8 forward. However, when I went home to do this on my computer, and even if I force the number 1/8, I still get a decimal of 0.12 instead. So my question is how can I get the program at home to display custom numbers as fractions instead of decimals?
