Make multiple objects move with the same random number?

I am working on the Ch6 ex 14 Make A Spinner. I cant seem to get all four sections of the torus to move at the same random number so it looks like a spinning wheel. With the code i uploaded it will either only spin a designaated amount or go crazy with four random numbers. Please help.

Well it's not like you have to generate the random number inside the loop. Use variables.
