4 legged animals

I am having an issue with 4 legged animals. I can’t see to get the timing right for walking trotting or a full out run. I was wondering if anyone had tried and found a nice and realistic looking way of doing this. (Using horse2 from medieval as it has leg joints.) Thanks in advance

Attached are three four legged objects from the gallerys that have walk methods. In general these look better faster, but at the slower speed you can see the specific movements.

No horses, unfortunately. Hope you'll download your results to the forum when you're done.

Also included a cat. It doesn't have a walk method but does have a nice jump. Note that the version in the gallery is cut off in mid jump because the cat is disappearing through a window.

If I understood you correctly, DrJim you said you had created a few custom objects? If you have, what did you use to create them? And if your done with them, can I see them?
