Default How Do I Convert 3D Models I Download From The Internet To A2C. Files - 12-17-2010, 04:03 PM

I want to download a 3D Model that I want to use in Alice, but I need to get it converted to an a2c. file. Can somebody do this for me, post a link to a website where you can do this, or post a link to a software you can download to do this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

(If you want to download 3D models too, check out this thread for help.)

Default Converting 3d Models to Alice Objects - 12-18-2010, 04:30 PM

I have never actually converted a 3d model to an .a2c file. When I want to use a 3d model in Alice, I open the 3d model in AutoDesk 3DS Max and export the model as an .ase file, which alice does support. Alice supports most ASCII based models. I have found 3DS Max to be a very useful piece of software in conjunction with Alice. AutoDesk offers trial versions of 3DS Max if you are interested in this program. Good Luck.

I have two models that I need converted to A2C. by December 22nd that are attached here. Can you convert them and post them here for me? Thanks! If they are not converted by December 22nd, I will still accept them.

Please convert these to files into A2C. Files and re-upload them for me. Thanks!
