Need help making a basic countdown

Im doing a class project and all i have to do is make a number countdown from 10 all the way to 0. It says to "write a while statement that updates the value of a variable called seconds and displays it in a 3d text called countdown. Start seconds at 10 and loop until it reaches 0." but i tried and just couldn't get it right. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!
