help with Reflecting an avatar

Just wondering is it possible to reflect my avatars image in an object i.e a mirror and if so how is it done i.e. specific steps.
Alternatively if it isn't possible could the avatar be shown in a way so that it looks like a reflection.

You could probably try doing something like that with Microsoft Publisher. If you don't know how, you can upload your soon-to-be avatar, and I can try fixxing it up for you.
