download of Mac version won't run

I have downloaded the mac os 10.4 version and when I copy the app to my applications folder, the program will not run. It runs perfectly well from the Alice-2.0.7_for_OSX10.4 disk that was created, but when I copy the Alice.app to my applications folder, it will not run.

Any ideas?
