start stop and restart

hi everyone i'm currently using alice 2.5 my assignment is due on friday
the instructions are for me to use the ferris wheel using only a while loop to start and stop the game with a switch as many times as you choose i'm able to start and stop the game with the buttons on the switch but after it stops i can't restart it can someone help with this please? i have uploaded what i've done so far
