Scoring/Health bar issue -

For my final project I'm making a simple game, there's a dragon flying back and forth across the top of the screen and a slingshot on the bottom of the screen. When you click the slingshot it sends a sphere strait up, you have to time it right to hit the dragon which will make it's health bar go down slightly. That's where I need help.
I'm using the same basic scoring system used for the Wack-A-Mole game from chapter 9 in the book. What should happen is when the bar is below the ground, the dragon should (for now) stop flying back and forth. However nothing happens when the health bar is below the ground.
Here's the game so far. Any help would be appreciated!
