Graphical issues are typically GPU related, but they aren't exclusive to the graphics card. Best option is to download the latest drivers, if that doesn't work, then go with legacy drivers. Otherwise, you could try updating other devices drivers, such as the chipset, CPU drivers etc. I recommend using automation to do it, as it eliminates much of the tedium:
