Is it possible for anyone to create a movable model of Vash the Stampede?

I am thinking of making a small mini-game that would include his antics such as making the V-sign and his dancing. Not expecting facial expressions; so I'm just looking for the basic subparts and if possible the fingers to create the V-sign.
