email address incorrect

I tried emailin bconover@sju.edu as directed, and received an automaated reply form "Systems Administrator" saying:

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

What would be the correct address?

Thanks,

ira,

Please try emailing Barbara once again. She has informed me that campus email was down for a 30-minute period during the day you emailed her -- it was just bad luck that you happened to send her mail during this time.

Confused

I noticed on the Aliceprogramming.net site that there was a workshop in July in Pittsburgh for learning to program with Alice. However, your thread doesn’t mention it. I emailed Barbara for information but never heard back. I see the registration deadline has now passed. Questions:

Is there a workshop in Pittsburgh?

Is there a chance to still register?

I am a High School teacher who is very interested in adding Alice to a programming class I teach. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks in advanced.

drhoades,

Yes, there is a workshop in Pittsburgh at Carnegie Mellon University. I don't know why Barbara has not gotten back to you, but I will contact her and see what I can do.
