Export video in June 2010 version of Alice

I have tried to export an Alice world to video using the June 2010 version of Alice 2.2. The .a2w world is about 3,300 KB. About 45 sec. into the record step, action gets a bit jumpy. Then about 55 sec. into the record step, an error message appears. It is unlike any other error message (e.g. unable to delete frames folder). (The error occurs with about 2 sec. of action remaining.) The final step of create video is not available after the error message.

Is the world too large? I've already cut it in half. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's probably just the recording feature itself. I've noticed that the recording feature, though functional, has always had bugs, and I'm betting the latest update was just the straw that broke the camel's back.

I recommend going back to using the old version for recording your videos, or using a different recording program to capture your on-screen activity (CamStudio has been recommended by some).
