Could you use the same programming aspect in this program to make it so that when the mouse clicks on the ground, an object moves to where the mouse clicked? Or is it out of Alice's programming capabilities......b/c i have tried for some while now.

Take note that the method there only works on an improvised 2D plane, as the mouse can only move in 2 dimensions. Although I am sure it would be possible to try and accomplish 3D mouse interaction, it is far beyond my capabilities.

Apart from the method that I use in my T.A.C.T. world (link above), you could also try using the mouse click method that is incorporated into Alice. Yes, it only moves to the center of objects, but you could try placing hundreds of small, invisible placeholder 'grid' objects(if your world isnt too large) to accomplish the task.

Wassup Chopsticks! Good to see you again! How's life been treating you?

If you're still doing Alice stuff and you haven't tried anything new yet, go ahead and try Resident Penguin 3.1 or 3.5. That's my best work and your opinion would be pretty cool.

Some other notable stuff: zenteo's terrain builder and CS Map, wongwanchap's Panda Adventure (excellent graphics there), meirs' Mama program (just like Alice, but with pretty much every bug fixed and a bunch of cool new features), and, well, lots of other stuff but those are the ones that stand out the most in my mind at the moment.

I don't know if you are really interested or not, but it pertains to this subject. I made a really simple mouse looking method that has just a little bit less lag than yours does, here it is and tell me what you think.

It is as simple as it gets, so there are probably some things that can be improved:

That's a pretty good world Dameria. I think I could use this somewhere.

Edit: Which one are you talking about jedi?

I'm a web developer/ designer now.
