Default Mario Level One Remix - 07-14-2013, 04:28 PM

Well I became bored the other day and started messing around again with blender and Alice 2.2, Well here is the result of my boredom. It's a remastered version of level one from Super Mario Bro's. I really didn't feel like finishing it completely so I didn't add in koopa's and the reason there is no bonus area when trying to go down pipes.

Things not implemented
-Lives
-Secret area
-extra lives
-ending sequence when flag pole is reached
-koopas

Things implemented
-Multiple platforms
-gravity
-coin boxes
-Red Power up Mushrooms
-Goombas
-Pitfalls

Pretty good. you implemented gravity in Alice, something that's not easy to do... But I did it first!

Sorry to burst your bubble. But you definitely were not the first one to do gravity in Alice. and neither was I. I'm pretty sure it was zonedabone or x. I believe I also remember how you did yours. You tried using an old technique of using exact measurements and using the within threshold function. which is very finicky at best. since you need to know the exact size of the cube or object. But that isn't bad for when you are just beginning on Alice.
