If you want everything to look like hills, then you should apply a texture of rock or something.

If you want it to be a high hill, you should change the "height" value to something larger.

You could try to change the noice value(between 0 and 1) and hope for a respectable result or you could paint a hill of your own. Use Gimp or something to create a 150x150 bitmap. Fill it with black and paint it with 30% transparent white. The whiter the areas are, the higher will they become. When you're done painting, you could smooth it for a better result.

I just made a little program for those who want to create random terrains, but want to know how they looks like.

Use the program to create a heightmap and save it. Then choose "From Image" in Terrain Builder and select the saved heightmap.

Black is lowest and white is highest while gray is in between.

Added the sourcecode too

Ye... Don't mind that one x)
It has a little bug i don't want to fix.
Just use the regular one, does exaclty the same and it's stable... I think ^^

Do you want the program I used for developing it?
I programmed it in Visual Basic.net, a programming language that is very easy to learn.

Here's the developing tool from Microsoft(I know it's unbelievable, but it's actually FREE and Microsoft made it all by them selves :O )

I have it already and know enough to build a math game but a cheapo one. Its a 30 day trial and yoru done, its not exactly free. I would say demo is free
