Default Model Request: Basic Star Wars Characters (Storm/Clone/Rebel/Sith/Jedi) - 07-27-2011, 11:26 PM

I would like the following models if anybody could get some for me:
Storm Trooper/Clone Trooper (Storm Trooper is priority but either will do)
Rebel Trooper
(with a gun attached)
Jedi with White Robes (and a hood, no clear face nessecary)
Sith with Black Robes
(A lightsaber on these would be nice too)

I really just need the characters but if anybody has the vehicles they would be nice too.

How moveable do you want them? Converting is one thing, but cutting into subparts is quite another.

I don't need fingers. I just need:

Head,
Left Leg,
Left Foreleg,
Right Leg,
Right Foreleg,
Body,
Right Arm,
Right Forearm,
Left Arm,
and Left Forearm

Your basic alice subparts I don't even need feet, they can just be added with the bottom part of the leg.

Again, I would REALLY appreciate the help, especially since I don't have the version of blender required to convert models in Alice. (on top of the fact that I don't know how to make a model that doesn't fail )

I was going to do some stuff with Blender soon anyway.

Sure, I suppose it's been long enough since I've converted something.

Can't guarantee it'll be quick though.

take your time, quality over quantity! (or speed in this case)

Besides it'll give me some time to remake my Halo game (since I lost the files) and wait for zones tool to come out! I really appreciate your help X!

I found this site.

http://www.scifi3d.com/list.asp?intG...10&intCatID=13

It's full of pretty good looking star wars models. Considerably better than anything you'd find in the warehouse, at the very least.

They're all free for use as well, as long as you credit the original creators of the models.

So do that in your world when you use them, alright?

I'm converting a bunch of their models, so credit these people.

Authors:
JJ Palomo (Stormtrooper)
Raphaël de Bouchony (Qui-Gon, Hoth Rebel)
Olivier Couston (Darth Maul)
Alexandre Gingras (Lightsaber)
Karl Stocker (Stormtrooper 3 [the blaster is what I'm after])

Nice find! 'Stormtrooper's texture is a bit fuzzy. Did you pick him because of your subparts, or would Stormtrooper3 alone work? Also I didn't find the lightsaber.
