Default custom object walk without being dismembered - 12-09-2011, 02:39 PM

How do I make an object from the he/she builder walk? I tried manipulating the objects, and the legs on the guy became dismembered. Also can someone please give me guidelines so that the boy and girl can sit in the chair?

I usually make my own walking animations for walking but there should be some already made animations for it.
