Could Not Find edu/cmu/cs/stage3/alice/authoringtool/JAlice class

I have ran Alice quite a few times before. But now when I tried to run it this Error pops out

I saw another post about this but the solution in there did not work for me

Anyone know how to fix it?

Thats the main class for Alice, which most likely means one or more of the files within your installation (well its more a file unzip) is corrupt.
