Default Sandbox! - 06-20-2010, 04:30 PM

Hello, all! I was inspired by Jedi's 'Game Maker' program, and I decided that I would make an object area using the same concept. You can add objects simply by dragging them onto the circle, and painting is a breeze. Deletion is as easy as 1-2-3, and moving objects, just drag and be happy! As of the newest version, object moving is glitch-free, and it even undoes itself if you go off of the circle!

Features:
Add objects with ease. Just drag them in!
Paint objects by clicking on them!
Trash objects using the trash can!
Automatically reuses trashed objects!
You can have 7 spheres and 8 cubes on screen at once!
Move Objects!
Textures Supported!
Object opacity can be set with paint tool.
Spheres and cubes can be used! (More to come)
Rotate objects with control or from new selection interface!
New option to clear board quickly while retaining settings!

To-be features:
(Possibly) make it so you can have it so that objects can't collide.
Add save capabilities? (Probably not)

* High Priority

Oh, yes! The file!

Theres no error! I've tested it too many times!

Anyway, I'm gong to upload the newest version tomorrow, with opacity, and perhaps an object property box. I'm also working on making it more stable, and I'm trying to make it more visually appealing. It's going to be awesome!

Pretty cool, very functional. You spelled "factor" wrong, though.

Default very good - 06-21-2010, 11:20 AM

Its very good, I like it. One error I had was that I could only see the water square in the colors bit, but I could click on everything, despite the fact all opacities were at 100% and everything was showing. I found that moving the colorbackground object slightly back fixed this problem. While you might not have this issue, I still suggest moving it slightly back in the next version, as moving it back will cause no problems, only solve this one.

I have mostly moved on from Alice, but may still respond to messages if important [¬º-°]¬

I'll do it now, so I don't forget. The next version will let you select objects, and then rotate and move them vertically.

You can already do that in this one. Just hold down the shift key to move vertically, ctrl to rotate, and both to tumble (include turning forward and backward).

Woah! I didn't know that could be done in-world! Thanks! I still added a rotate thing to my new selection properties box, though
