helicopter Sound looping help

Question helicopter Sound looping help - 11-30-2011, 03:09 PM

i have a helicopter in Alice and when i enter it i have a helicopter loop sound and i want it to continue playing but it dosent loop back until 5-8 min's later

can anyone tell me how to keep the sound playing

Sometimes, Alice has a problem with the sound files. Try converting the sound file with a program(not any specific) or find another file. I think .wav files work. If thats what you have now, then change it to .mp3.

well it already .mp3 it a sound file from garrysmod.orq a download for my Gmod game. i used the sound file i don't know if that could have something to do with it

Then convert it to a WAV. Your best bet at a converter that will produce a good compatible sound is importing and exporting the sound in Audacity.

That may be the problem, but it may be your code, post your world so we can have a look.

Yes. In my past experiences, it was the sound file format, so both ways would work.
