I think you'd have to ask arty-fishL for that. You can't turn the interface to white without hacking your alice window.

Come on, you know you want to try it.

Do you mean you want to make the whole thing white? I know how to do that, but I do not know what you want to make white. The background? Everything?

I want it to look like the videos in this site:
http://home.cc.gatech.edu/TeaParty/57

hope it's not very difficult or I'm not gonna be able to do it.

Okay, so you want to replace the original blue background with the yellow background like the kind they have in the videos? Okay, that it is easy.

Go to the Alice Source Files, and find the Required\etc\version.txt file, and open it.

When you open the file, you should see something that looks approximately like this...
Code:
2.2 02/10/2011
0,78,152
Be sure to back the file up, in case something goes wrong. (Which is not likely, but just be safe.)

Replace the contents of this file with this...
Code:
2.2 02/10/2011
0xEEEEE0
Save the file, and start Alice. This should replace the original blue color with the yellow color that is used in the videos.

Yeah, you could also just download some of Arty's themes to start. Changing the colors isn't hard though. It just takes some time. Go to your destination folder for wherever you installed Alice, open up Required(folder), then Resources, and then the file that is called "Java Style," copy that so you don't mess with the original, and then open up your new file with the NotePad if you are on Windows. If you are on Mac, use whatever mac notepad they have. Scroll all the way down to the bottom where it says "Color Config" and then play around with the colors until you change what you want. Some you won't want to change, but most of them are easy to change. They have names next to the numbers, so that should help you out. Trust me, this sounds like a lot, but once you start playing around with the colors, it's easy.
