Carnival Rides

Hi, I'm very new to this so I'll take any advice anyone has! I'm making a game as a final project and it's based on Destroy All Humans! so I have all the objects set up but I'm not sure how to get the carnival rides like the merry go round bumper cars to move since there is no method for that (at least I don't think so) and how do I get everything to happen simultaneously? Thanks!
