How to randomly choose an object

I have four skaters and 4 cones. Each skater will need to skate around each of cones randomly. I tried making a variable with all 4 cone objects in the variable list. I also use the "turn" method with 1 revolution, then dragged the variable and chose "random from list" so it will randomly choose the cone. However, when the skater skates around other cones, it makes "too wide" of a turn. How can I narrow the circumference of the turn around the cone? Is there a way I can adjust this in Alice?
