I was wondering if I could use the alice icon and make an avatar, signature, etc? I don't want to steal them, plus I don't know if I'm allowed to post a picture outside of an avatar.

You'll need an Icon-to-Picture converter to do that or somthing, unless you mean another picture of the Alice Icon
