Problem is, the 40 views you've gotten (including myself) are people who have no real idea of how exactly to apply textures that weren't built for an object.

I can look at it, but no promises I can get it done properly.

Sigh, okay here's seriously.

As I said, I THINK I know how to apply textures like that to models like yours. However, I actually need the original model (not converted to alice format) and lots of freaking patience, neither of which I have.

Get me the original model or tell me where I can find it myself and I can give my idea a shot maybe.

My idea, by the way, is

-Extract the non-white stuff from the textures using GIMP (select by color with a threshold of 40 or so)

-Open the model in Blender or 3dsMax and apply materials to the sides of the model so textures can be applied to those materials

-Convert the model to alice format

Gotta reset my post count now...

From my experience in importing new models and applying textures I've found it very hard to get the texture to fit on the object even if the texture was originally designed for it. Generally the texture is to small and becomes a crazy tied picture all across the object.
