Lightbulb Sound Markers? - 09-27-2008, 05:17 PM

I was experimenting with putting sounds in my programs, then I realized I had to make a workaround in order to have looping background music. I spent about two hours playing with until I came up with perfect solution, but it requires dynamic use of the sound marker argument things, that is if they do what I think they do, or anything at all.

Could someone with more experience with Alice please explain what they do, and how to use them.

Thanks in advance or whatever . . . .

The text by Dunn, et all (first edition anyway) implies that sound markers don't work - though it never really says so explicitly. I've tried a couple of times myself and never really gotten any good - or even explainable - results.

I won't say it's impossible, however, and if you do find a way to use them please post it. They would really be nice to have.
