A language library

Hi,

I´m a spanish student and I am learning Alice for exploit her posibilities.
It´s a great program to teach programming to secondary students.
But Alice is limited in english language, because makes the learning more difficult in other countries which english is not the native language.

So I propose to include in future versions of Alice a library containing the interface language, which greatly facilitate its translation into other languages.
