As for puzzles, I have one that I have made in the past, it has no scoring system, but a timer that determines your score based on how much time is left by the time you complete the puzzle should work. Basically, click on a sphere to turn it (and the spheres above, below, to the left, and to the right of it) green. The idea is to turn a few spheres green before you start, then try to turn the whole board green!
