I can't recall when we added that, but it's definitely in the latest release. Right now you may need to click on "more" and select an option or two prior to being able to manipulate the start/end style. I'm hoping that this can eventually be selected from any number of additional options, rather than forcing you to set things like duration when that's not your objective.
