3DS Max -

How much does it cost?
I can't seem to convert any .max models because I don't have 3DS Max, which I believe is quite expensive.
X says: "You can find the price in a previous thread here"
"You can also find a cool guy's guide to getting it free for like a year or something (if you're a student) here"
