Edit tarball and remove symlink Required/jre/man/ja.
unizip the tarball now
nano run-alice
change ./jre/bin/java to java so that it uses the java that is installed on your machine.
Then run Alice with ./run-alice
Currently running on Fedora 18 with Java 7 update 21
