Each object has a textures list in the at the bottom of their properties tab. The button is there.

And for subparts, I'm not sure anymore. The new blender has me confused.

How many subparts does it have? The textures usually don't import with the model, so if there's only a few subparts, you can import them yourself and apply them manually.

Just do a search for all files with blender in the name. Not hard.

And yes you can use true space...if it exports to .ase format. If not, you'll need a converter like Biturn.

No. Not at all. That technology is way beyond what Alice can do. If you don't think you can learn Blender or 3dsmax, go for Sketchup, since it's the simplest and it's free. But you need a 3d software...

It's not in your Blender files? Maybe it's a script that was added to my copy. Try searching for python scripts and plugins that allow Blender to export .obj files.

It's the third option at the very top of the list...

It's the third option at the very top of the list when you click the dropdown menu for the possible formats you can save it to. It will say "3ds max ascii (.ASE)"
