how do i make it so that the arrow (the yellow arrow) points to the destination, which is the museum, without the arrow doing weird things, like tilting down or up?

i figured it out never mind.

How did you figure it out, what did you do?

i did something like this before, if you want to see a working arrow, check out "bad science" pretty much set the vehicle of the arrow to a sphere (or whatever) and had it so the sphere would always face away from the object wanted, which while the sphere looked away, the arrow would be pointing at said object.
