A 1 on 1 fighting game where the user fights the computer
The computer will have 3 difficulties, easy medium and god
The difficulties will determine the moves that the computer will use and how often it will block, and how long between each attack

(On left side)
Basic controls-
Left to move back, right to move forward, down to crouch, up to jump
A to punch, s to kick, d to block

(On right side)
Basic controls-
right to move back, left to move forward, down to crouch, up to jump
A to punch, s to kick, d to block

I would like to thank whoever converted the guerilla in the first place, I just made a thumbnail, zipped it up and added the model to the package.

Kudos to zenteo, who hasn't been on since January. :(

And that looks like a pretty good start, Lordelwood. It'd be cool to have some sort of "fall into the lava" effect if you go over the edge. :)

This suggestion might be a lot of work to add or might not, but you could try making is so when you are fighting, you can rotate the center axis of the stage making it a 3d stage instead of 2d

----------------- ok update for tonight-----------
so i programed the punch and kick, a little choppy, but works for now. have an opening image i designed using gimp, (which im new too) where the start game menu will be. no real menus yet, just building the characters right now and there overall design.
started to program a jump command but ran into a question. i want it so that as long as the user hold the up arrow, the man jumps, but i want it to fully run through the program even if the user lets go of the button before he finishes jumping... if that makes any sense...
a link to the current progress -->here<--

also sfunk, i might consider that, but as of now, the only decoration on the level are in the back, and there's no real time to do that, unless i can finish everything else before the 9th

Maybe in the "while the key is pressed", you could have the initial jump in the "start" part of of the event, you could have the user to continue to "rise" in the air as long as the key is pressed, and you can have the landing sequence in the "ending" part of the "while the key is pressed event."
